How long will it take to set up the website?
As soon as you get in touch with us we will send you the username and password in order for you to upload your content. Once you’ve populated your site and ready to go, just give us a call. Your site will be live within 24 hours!
Can I use a domain I have already registered?
Yes, no problem. We can give you instructions to change the settings within your domain registration tool, or if you prefer, you can transfer it over for us to manage - whichever you prefer!
What colours are available to me?
We currently have 6 different colours in each template, giving you a total of 18 different combinations...and that's just for now. More will follow. The great news is you can change the colour or template whenever you wish.
Does it include email?
Yes, each site comes with one free .co.uk domain name and one free email (POP or IMAP).
Can I upgrade to Base Plus?
Absolutely! If you outgrow Base at any point you can upgrade to Base Plus. There is no additional setup cost, you just pay the additional £5 per month/£50 a year and you'll be able to create unlimited pages.
